Soda 11

Today’s soda is..

DSC02919

Dad’s soda was started in Chicago, Illinois in the year 1937 with a very yummy Root Beer. They were the first soda company to use the 6 pack format(created by the Atlantic Paper Company in 1940) and they were also the first company to sell soda in a half gallon size bottle.  Dad’s market their soda as a family. Dad was a half gallon bottle, Mama was one quart, and Junior as 7-10 oz bottles in the 6 pack. Pretty cute.
